Stephanie Hay is a writer and project manager with Viget Labs, a dynamic, full-service web consulting firm based in Falls Church, VA. She has been writing content on the web — from traditional companies to academic institutions to sports media and start-ups — since 2000. And she loves it.

When not blogging for your enjoyment and her release, she’s teaching group fitness classes at the local gym (no, she doesn’t wear leg warmers, but will consider it if they’re cool) or traveling to exotic places like Detroit.

She hails from Ohio and earned her BS and MS in journalism from Ohio University’s famed E.W. Scripps School of Journalism.
